Rule 93
Do not accept donations and gifts
: (1) Any police officer and his family members shall not accept any kind of donation, donation or gift from any native or foreigner without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal in such a way as to affect the government work in any way. Do not beg or borrow money from people related to government work.
(2) If a police officer receives a gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he should notify the Nepal Government and do so as prescribed.
